Ridiculous!!! - Allows payments to go through unlimited times without payment confirmation, and refund takes 3 to 5 working days

<p>So i placed an order and after entering my OTP, it took me back to the verify card details page. After trying 5 times i decided to call the bank, and they confirmed that the payment went through 5 times. I then call orderin the consultant at first takes forever to confirm with the payments department, (and when asked whats up with their service he confirms that they have been having problems with their payment platform for some time), gets back and starts by saying he can only see 4 payments, then counts again and gets the 5 but apparently 2 of them were not successful, checks again and then says that "ok now i see all 5".... And so then they resolve with the following: </p> <p> </p> <p>1. The additional payments will be placed on a refund sheet - the refund wil take place (who knows when) and the funds will reflect in your account between 3 and 5 working days!! </p> <p> </p> <p>- This is supper unprofessional especially trying to compete against Uber eats!!!</p>
