REFUSAL TO REFUND DUPLICATE TRANSACTION

Utterly disappointed in OrderIn - been fighting for 5 days now as the 2 credit cards linked to my account was BOTH deducted for the SAME order- At the time the app froze and both of my bank accounts were debited. I called their call centre and Zama promised the one will be reversed - WHICH IT DID NOT. Now you are refusing to refund me one of the transactions - absolutely unacceptable.
