poor service poor communication 5 stars of poor service

i recently placed an order from the app on Monday 16/04/2018 around 9:45 pm and it showed all open and all closed stores order was placed successfully how ever i get a call 10 min later to be told that no one at the store is answering the phone however they can can be able to refund me immediately via coupon needs to confirm with team leader and will call back if they can do that as i work night shift and that is the only money i had for supper she then calls back to say that they will be able to give me a coupon but i can only be able to use it in 48 hours now i wana understand how does that help me? because its orderin's fault for not checking or updating thier app today is now 19/04/2018 and im the one that has to now do follow ups asking whats happening iv used service in the past and iv never had any issues before only one time and this was with the delivery person that refused to give me my order cause she thought i was *****ing someone els's food i didnt log any complaint about this as im human and understand that its normal to have mistakes but the level of service they offer to customers is heart breaking and im never using this app again infact its already deleted i was satisfied in the past but now i think you have alot of customers hence you do not care
