Poor customer service!

So today I decide to use my order in app to purchase dinner.... after a computer glitch I cannot for some reason use my credit card...so I decide to call the customer service number on the error message ********** , I've been on hold for over an hour and still waiting for someone to answer the phone. I've called them 4 times and no-one has had the decency to do there job and answer the phone, I've been placed on hold and then the call goes dead and the call drops! What is order in making so much money that they dont need to satisfy their customers anymore???? ThisI is disgusting and pathetic!!!
