Pathetic service form Orderin

Absolutely poor pathetic service from your agents, I was on a call with a rude person right now, who ask me "what must she do if the restaurant is not picking up" I ordered using the app this evening and my order wasn't processed and I wasn't notified until I called the call center to find out whats going on, the rude lady shouted that they tried to call me and wasn't successful, when a call had come while I was on the phone with her, I could speak to 2 idiots at the same time? She should actually be fired people like that don't deserve to have jobs. I asked for the manager to call me back and she said the manager cannot call me because they are very busy as its a busy night. I called around 9 pm. my order number is, ********** 9 - I told her that I was unhappy with the service and she asked me what must she do because she cannot do anything, after ending the call on her, I then recieve a message stating that my order will be delivered by 9.45pm, its almost 945pm and no food or indication that the food is on its way, But my account has been credited, Most pathetic service!!!
