OrderIn Rider Stellenbosch - "the Police can do nothing to me"

28 November 2017 at 14h45 the delivery person for OrderIn.co.za on a red motorcycle with the registration CDW286NC, was speeding on a pedestrian walkway next to Eikestad Mall in a very dangerous fashion. I saw him narrowly miss a few children as he was racing to Watami Sushi Restaurant (presumably to pick up an order). I took it upon myself to speak to the young man, as his driving was extremely dangerous. But first I had to find him... he was hiding in the restaurant's bathroom. My patience persevered & I had an opportunity to talk to the young man, asking him politely to consider the safety of the pedestrians & more specifically the children in our town. He was dismissive & told me: "you can do nothing to me". I then informed him that if he didn't remedy his behavior I would have no option other than to report him to the police. His response: "the police can do nothing to me". Utterly dismissive & utterly unconcerned with the safety of those around him. Surely not representative of what OrderIn stands for? Let's see?
