OrderIn: Order today, eat tomorrow

I ordered food from Simply Asia, Fourways Mall. I live in Northriding. I placed my order before 19:30 and by 20:20, the driver was still not on his way. Upon calling the store, they said that they food is ready and waiting but no available driver. ****ing ridiculous.

Supervise your drivers, increase staff (the increase in overhead costs will be outweighed by churn through poor service) or just tell customers that your service levels are inconsistent and let UberEats do the real work.
