OrderIn - Most Pathetic Service

This is the third time I am experiencing issues with OrderIn. Shortly after placing a Steers order through OrderIn today, I received email confirmation (11:25) that my order will be ready for delivery in approximately 15 minutes. It is now 13:00 and I still have not received my delivery yet. The thing that upsets me the most is that it is not the first time I have fallen victim of their pathetic service. This company clearly does not value their customers and I would not be surprised to see them liquidate in the near future. This surely is the last time that I will be using OrderIn and certainly will not recommend their \SERVICE\" to anyone."
