Orderin are ******* and i robbing the public DONOT SUPPORT ORDERIN

Orderin is the worst food delivery service ever. They should rather close down than being in existence. They contact number never works , they keep disconnecting calls. They are ******* , they ***** people money and donot give the money back. U send then 1000 of emails of which they dont respond. U try chatting to them on orderin they also dont respond. I placed an order on the 06th december , the money came out my account 15minutes later i got a msg that the order has been cancelled , since there was nothing to eat i re placed the order money came out my account again for the second time. Each time an amount of R147.50 was taken out my account. The 2nd order 15minutes later order cancelled again. This was a friday. The saturday i sent a mail to request a refund and advise what happendd they advised they credited me i told them i dont want they credits as they took 2 x R147.50 from me which was my last money and i want it back into my account as i didnt get no food. Still no response on monday i msged again finally on Tuesday they advised they will refund me , last week friday they only refund me 1 x R147.50 , i then contact them again and again regarding my order mother and they said they left it as credits. I once again advised i dont want credits i want my money. From then.ive been msg and waiting for my money. On money they email me advising they will refund R113. I then emailed them immediately advising what is r113 when url owe me R147.50 , since yesterday morning its now more than 48hours i have sent them 6 mails and about 20msg on the orderin chat and.no one has responded neither did i get my money back. Orderin are theives , how can u take.someone.money without delivering. Also they have removed the credits from my orderin , so if u removed the credits how can u ***** and keep my money. I dont advise anyone to support orderin as this is always the case they always take people money then u cant get a hold of them and they dont refund. Ive wasted my data and airtime and still havenet got my.money
