OrderIn are Con-artists

Here's how you get previous customers back! Email them a promo code offer of 2 x R50 vouchers off the next two orders, and refuse to honour them.

Got the wife and kid to select what they wanted to order via OrderIn on Friday night past. Entered the R50 code which failed.
Thought maybe it's not valid via the android app, so tried it on the web - which also failed. Emailed customer service to query, as they had in the past responded very quickly. Waited an hour without any reply, and thought there would be no issue in them refunding me the R50 back to my credit card as this has happened before.
Placed the order for the full amount, order arrived, pizzas were cold, but by then we were starving! Not surprising it wasn't a pleasant experience all-in-all.

Eventually, 17 hours later, Nkosinathi Landingwe rep**** to my email from the previous evening. A few emails back and forth resulted in me being informed that
1. they do have problems with the vouchers,
2. I will not be refunded the R50, and
3. imp**** that I have abused the vouchers with "We have paused some of our coupons as there were some individuals who abused them". Please note I have not ordered via you for well over a year - how can I abuse the voucher system? You sent me the email 7 days with the promo code to entice me back!

Shameful marketing ethics and terrible (rude) customer care service!
Very disappointed !
