Orderin and get HALF OF your order

Placed an order from Nandos Sandton thru orderin, they didn't deliver all the items - Why the hell is the driver not checking the orders??? , then order in "LIVE" chat service takes 15 minutes to respond and says "So Sorry to hear that" you can't hear on a chat! And how does sorry fix hunger???? The call centre says they will process a refund because the store isn't answering, why are you even doing business with companies who don't answer calls? To date I have received R210 in promotions guys so I am basically promoting bad service!!!! But it stops now! I bet my F N refund is also going to take 3-5 working days but can be charged in 3-5 seconds!
