Orderin absolutely shocking service, don't support!

I placed an order with a restaurant, NY slice, at 7pm and orderin took my money. At 8.30pm I had still not heard anything so tried to make contact with orderin via their only method of communication, their live chat. It is now 10.46pm and I still have not received my food, and NY slice is now closed, yet orderin took my money and still have not responded. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the first being about 2 months ago and they still haven't rep**** to my message! I will never use this service again.
