No refund received

Placed an order and the driver never picked it up from the restaurant.

Contacted customer support who promised a full refund within 5 days and needless to say, after 14 days I still have not received my refund.

Followed up with them and there was no response to any of my emails. Will have to file a dispute with my bank to have the payment reversed.

Stay away from this company - when things go wrong they don't rectify their mistakes.
