No invoice or receipt

I placed an order using order in and once the order was complete, I went to look for the receipt or invoice. I could not find any in the app or in my mail. When I queried about it in the in app chat, they said they don't provide any invoice or receipt. The app does not even show tge details of the items bought. So they offered to send a typed mail of the items that we got. Now I am unable to claim this from my work. What sort of husiness cannot provide a receipt or invoice for their business?
