Never again orderin!

I ordered a meal yesterday at 6:15. Was meant to be delivered at 7:18. After more than an hour I called the restaurant and was told the food was ready and there was no one to pick it Up. The restaurant informed me that they kept calling orderin to notify them that the food was ready for collection and was told over and over that a driver was in the way. I called orderin three times, was asked all three times to provide my order number and was assured they would get back to me after contacting the driver. They never did. After the forth call they stopped answering my calls and I was even cut off. I tracked my order and watched the driver drive all around my area probably making other deliveries before finally dropping off my food 3 hrs later. I have pictures of the app and the tracking to show exactly what happened and to document the time. I called from another number and demanded a full refund into my account and was informed this morning that I received a credit on my app. I do not want a credit. I do not want to use orderin ever again. I want a full refund!
