Missing item in order

Once again I have an item missing from my order.

I had requested on my order that the delivery guy call upon delivery as I meet them at the reception area to confirm my order as I had items missing one too many times.

Firstly the driver, Mark Manyeuma,didn’t call. I only received the “rate the service” message. That’s how I know the drivers name.

Secondly, I went down to the food lockers and found that I had a missing item from my order.
