Losing potential clients to Restaurants

Today was the first time I tried ordering form this service provider(28/08/2017). I wanted to try new Restaurants around my location. Once I completed my order and paid, the app said that delivery would be approx. 45 minutes. -Order ID # ********** 9 placed at 11:17 am. At 12:28 pm I called the store and my order had NOT EVEN COLLECTED BY THE ORDERIN people. - More than an hour later, didnt even yet leave the restaurant!!!

NEVER using their app or service again. -Whats sad is that all the RESTAURANTS that use their ****py service will also loose on future Business. I will recommend any business i come across to unsubscribe to the service!!

Thanks for being such a ****py new business Orderin.co.za. You just making it easier for customers to stick with Mr Delivery.... ;-)

Its now 12:48 and still no food..... where do i get my refund?????
