I ordered food during the weekend. The driver called me, said he was lost and his NAV system took him to the wrong address. He then turned his phone off and never arrived with the food.

Orderin said they would pay me back (still havent received my money) and give me a R100 voucher. The voucher doesnt work. I've called 3 times to get them to activate the voucher. Everytime they say that they will call me back. And obviously, no call back.

Disgusting company.
