Last 3 orders was a mess

Today I placed a order which never arrived, I can understand the excuse “puncher” But I fail to understand why a driver took a detour of 25Km to my place if he delivered to me in the past. I changed restaurants because my previous order was horrible. Not only horrible I received exactly the opposite of what I ordered. Since when do we receive this huge bones next to rump steak ? Looked if it belonged to a doggy bag. Just to hear now sorry no food for you we will refund you in 3 days and add a credit of 50 rand. 3 orders was wrong so seriously I’m not asking a million rand but R 50 for this is a slap in the face
