Idiot Kamakazi bike delivery

Their kamakazi pilot of a bike rider was driving in the emergency lane today. Everytime I wanted to pass he would sway in such a manner I was to scared to overtake in fear of bumping him. He the speed up and overtook several vehicles using the emergency lane. At a point he just decided to turn out of the emergency lane and swerved. Several cars almost collided due to this idiot.
