<p>Jump on the net to get some food delivered, find orderin, place order. Website selects "pickup" as default option, call their offices to correct to "delivery". Lady quotes me R20 for delivery, no problem!</p> <p> </p> <p>25 min later, Gary calls to get my adress, guy is useless over the phone, so I text my adress to his personal cell number. Gary sends me a lovely text, wishing me a wonderfull meal and a happy evening!</p> <p> </p> <p>Then, 50min after order was placed I get a call from Gary. They don't deliver in my area, but I am welcome to go and collect...***...as in ***!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My credit card is billed, Gary accepts no responsibillity, and no manager to talk to. My cold food is sitting at the vendor, I have no means of collecting tonight, so I am ******ed!</p> <p> </p> <p>Why does this company even exist?</p> <p>Go the Mr Delivery route, or good old Nandos with in-house delivery.</p>
