For an Online food delivery company they sure DON'T Deliver

I ordered food online at 7:30pm and was quoted 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours started phoning the call centre. No answer after being on hold for 7 minutes! further calls NOT answered as well. They have my money and I have no food!!! Phoned restaurant who want me to take order that has been standing for more than an hour! Told them I am not interested, they will not refund me as OrderIn have the money!

Finally receive food 2 hours later! With a little more than sorry! No one really wants the meal at 10pm
