Don't use them. You pay for orders they cancel. And NOBODY assists you. At all. Ever

Order placed. Money deducted from my account. 10 minutes later an email saying that my order is cancelled and the kitchen is closed. We phoned the restaurant to see what is going on. They advised that the kitchen is NOT closed. You can't phone or email as in the past because now they use "live" chat. Surely after 30 minutes you should have received SOME form of response if the chat is indeed live.

I have been using this service for 4 years - today was my absolute last time. I have never had issues unresolved because they were fast to phone and resolve a complaint. Now your queries and complaints disappear into the ether.

So now I will go into the bank and reverse the payment because these clowns ignore clients like stop streets
