The worst app on the world honestly, it is completely useless! Something is always wrong, whether there is a shortage of drivers or the drivers pick up your order and never deliver it and recently all the drivers decided Monash University was too unsafe for them to deliver to despite delivering multiple times. ALSO the girls who work at the call center are extremely rude and don't seem to care about the problem at hand "I don't know what you want me to do" "Okay calm down". Honestly so appalled at first of all the terrible service and the lack of professionalism from the staff there which come to think of it are probably a bunch of teenage girls. This app has honestly left a bitter taste in my mouth.
