Disgusting service

I am simply disgusted by the driver that came to deliver my food. He never called me to advise that he will be late/ delayed. He left my food with a receptionist at another block D with a company called Webhelp not webafrica. The food was cold and the roll was flat. I am appalled by the lack of customer service, he left my food with people that i do not know and thanks to their help I was able to get my food. I will never ever order through Orderin again. How do you hire driver that don't have airtime and can hardly speak/ hear english.
