Disappointed in Orderin

So on Friday I placed an order for Panarottis through order in. It so happened that they didn't have the item I placed for so they cancelled my order. I called Orderin on Friday and spoke to Phumza to ask for my refund. She was extremely rude, she spoke over me and when I asked to speak with a manager she told me her manager has other things going on and will not take my call. She then said she will assist my refund and placed me on hold. After 5 minutes of holding (using my airtime) she hung and never called me back.

I called back and spoke to another gentleman who told me he was going to call Panarottis and find out if they have cancelled the order before he issued the refund. He promised me a call back on Friday.

I am appalled by the service I got from Orderin. No one called me back on Friday and I have yet to receive my refund. I am so disappointed in them and will never use their services again.
