Customer satisfaction not top of mind for Orderin

<p>I placed an order on Orderin.co.za (at 12:04) and it took almost 2hrs for our order to be delivered. When I first called Orderin they said they couldn't assist because Nuri Sushi use their own delivery guys; delivery was not covered by Orderin. The agent suggested we call Nuri Sushi directly, which we tried, but failed at because Nuri Sushi's phone was permanently engaged. After phoning Orderin back, we were then told that Orderin would try calling Nuri Sushi and phone us back. Food arrived at 13:45. Totally unacceptable as no feedback was received from either party during the 2hr period; no prior warning was given on the site and when the food arrived - the presentation was atrocius. Can't say I'll use the service again. </p>
