Bad bad service

<p>It has happened three times in a roe now. This service use to be great, but it takes hours to deliver and the food is always cold. They call and tell you that everything is backed up, what the hell is that suposed to mean. I am removing this app from my phone and if you have any sense you will never ever use Order In, they will just cause you grief en frustration.</p>
