A series of disappointments.

I’ve had several instances of poor service from orderin over the past few months, where they are unresponsive or unable to resolve order issues. Today I placed an order and everyone except Orderin fulfilled their responsibilities. The restaurant even called me to apologize for the order being delayed as they could not get hold of orderin. I proceeded to call orderin, only for my call to be hung up after being placed on hold( 4 times). Furthermore, the chat function is 100% useless, with responses being received well over 30mins after being sent (despite them stating responses are received within 15mins). I don’t believe customer service is taken seriously or prioritized - a complete shame and waste of time an money of the public.
