20% off offered Option not available on App

I tried placing my order online to use the EXTRA 20% off code BUT it said it cannot be used online. So I used the App on my phone at 14:15 and was not prompted in any way to add in the Promo code, EXTRA. My 20% discount was not given and it expires this Friday. My order number is ********** 9 for an amount of R273 (incl the delivery charge) R273 less 20% is R218.40 I would like a refund of the 20% = R54.60, as YOUR app wasn't working properly and one was only given the option to use the phone app and not online.

The response i received - Hi N,

I'm afraid we're unable to apply or provide the promotional discount after your order's been placed. The promotion is however still valid up until Friday, 10 Nov so you can give it another try.

Please note: This coupon is only valid between 12pm - 4pm, expires on Friday 10 November 2017. 20% off with min order value of R100, max. discount value of R100, with delivery & on the OrderIn app only.

If the 'Redeem code' option is not found, please let us know before placing your order so that we may resolve the matter for you.
