Disgusted!!

What a disappointing experience. One that was supposed to be a wonderful and relaxing day spent with my best friend. We have been looking forward to this day for two years.

In the court yard we were greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke and a full astray. There was also no warm welcome from any of the staff.

The place was dark and the smell of cigarettes and incense filled the whole place. The the******s never introduced themselves.

The treatment room was very dark (almost clinical), no music, no nice candles not a sign that our treatments will be relaxing and enjoyable.

We were asked what pressure we prefer. We both asked for medium to light. The massage turned into a painful and awful experience despite asking numerous times for the pressure to be reduced. I just couldn't wait for it to end. After the massage I was asked to turn over for my foot treatment. We were actually given damp towels to lie on and be covered with. It was freezing on a very rainy day. Then an ice cold face cloth was used to wipe our feet.

The next moment I was yanked up not really sure what to expect next. Not even given a minute to recover after lying down for two hours. (Also to realise the door was half open the whole time) The the****** put her full body weight on my shoulders even though she could see that I was cringing from pain and she just continued. Not once was I gently guided into what will happen next. The next moment without warning my neck was clicked. What if I had a neck injury!!

Apart from losing money.... we lost out on a desperately needed relaxing day spent in serenity and beautiful surroundings in the caring hands of a passionate the****** who loves her job and wants to make the treatment a pleasure and special experience...

Something to keep in mind: Not everyone goes for massages every week. 90% of the time it is only for special occasions...

Unfortunately our refund is also now only an empty promise...
