Last Minute Price Increase on Quotation Paid & Non-Reimbursenent
Beware ⚠️. Last minute price increase late the Friday for Monday collection. Received a call stating they are moving all their Tuesday deliveries to the Monday and I will have to pay an extra R900 on quotation that was paid on the 17th of the month for end of month delivery. I told them to cancel and started calling around for alternative removal. When I called 7h30 on the Monday to make sure they are not coming, I was threatened and told they would keep all the money I paid. # My take on Orchid Removals 🤔. ************* and most definitely *********. I warned ⚠️ them about difficult access to the property and possible riots at month end on the 15th. No excuse for trying to get another R900 from a client that had paid timeously and at last minute notification. So yes! Giving them 'short notice ' was a response to their ********* short notice on price increases. Still waiting for a refund a week later!
