Money keeps getting debited out my account from the Yamit Hotel (Orchid Hotel) Tel Aviv

I booked accommodation at the Orchid Hotel in Tel Aviv. I booked through the AGODA website.

R598 More was debited from my account than what was originally quoted.

I then saw a further R5000 was debited

I then emailed them, no one came back to me.

Two days later, I received an email from a guy by the name of Oren Druker. He informed me that I had made two bookings! 1 from bookings.com 1 from AGODA When I responded informing him that I have NEVER made a booking through Bookings.com, he rep**** by saying that AGODA has charged me for a cancellation and to speak to them!

This was not the end!!! The Orchid Hotel tried to take A further R4000 out my account today but tG it declined!!!

Someone in this hotel is *****ing!!! The first amount was R16291.23 taken from my account by the Yamit (Orchid Hotel) The second amount was R5011.23 taken from my account by the Yamit (Orchid Hotel) And today they tried to take a further R4000 out by account. They are not investigating, nor are they taking responsibility!!! This needs to be resolved with immediate effect!!!
