Stressful spa afternoon

Our first encounter with them was at the Durban spa. We waited 20 min in front of the door with another couple before they arrived to open. The massage was ok. We have been to this day spa a few times. Its always a battle to get through to them to book. Good price but quality is better than quantity. We have not once been offered a welcome drink, you have to ask for something to drink. The bathroom was so full and untidy. There was not one locker with a key, so myself and some of the other guests were walking around with our belongings to the treatment room. We specifically asked for a big room as the small rooms are feeling too small. When we realised we are going into a small room we asked about our request? We were sent back to the reception area in the gowns that hardly covers you. We felt like cattle being directed around and had to sit and wait for them to go to the big room. Feeling very uncomfortable and unhappy. We were thinking of rather leaving but the big room was available. They said it gets noisy with the sounds from the bar below. I send them a message to say how disappointed i am. While we were busy with the treatments i had a missed call. Later on i got a message to say they did try to phone back, but no one ever spoke to me or tried to contact me again or even tried to speak to us at the spa. The the******s were good although everybody was stressed with the running around. Two starts for the two the******s. Not the relaxing afternoon what we really needed.
