Disappointed ☹️

I recently visited Orchid Day Spa Premium Hotel O.R Tambo expecting a relaxing and welcoming experience, especially after seeing their advertised promotion that included complimentary welcome glasses of wine. Unfortunately, this part of the experience was completely missing. Upon arrival, there was no mention of the offer, and I was not offered any welcome drink at all. While the massage itself was decent, the lack of follow-through on what was advertised was disappointing. Small touches like a welcome beverage can really set the tone for a spa visit, and not receiving it made the experience feel less special and somewhat misleading. Businesses should ensure that advertised promotions are clearly communicated and consistently delivered. Not honoring them can leave clients feeling undervalued and skeptical about future visits. I hope Orchid Day Spa improves on this aspect, as it could make a big difference in overall customer satisfaction.
