Do not book at Orchards Guest Farm

This is to all the people who are thinking of booking at this place..PLEASE DONT...A family friend of mine stayed there with her family and they paid R1000 breakage deposit. The owner said that they will check everything first and deposit the R1000 breakage deposit back into her account. It has been almost 3weeks and the money is still not refunded. And they did not have a single breakage. The owner has all kinds of lame excuses of why he cannot deposit back into her account...while the correct account number was provided. This is appaling...really. How stupid does this person think we are. Obviously..this seems *****. Please all we want is the R1000 back in my family members account. And please people..avoid booking here..This might happen to you too
