If you love your friends and family, NEVER send them to this facility! My elderly father got referred to this facility following brain surgery. He is in a very frail condition. We found him in a room that was freezing cold, He also had a very evident fever and when the staff were questioned about it, they denied knowing about his fever. Clearly they were not tending to him at all. Also he was not given his seizure medication (the original amount of tablets were present) even though the staff said that he was given his meds and as a result he experienced another seizure which the staff took no note of and seemed not even able to identify at the time. The paramedics were then called by my family members. The staff members just sat and stared at them, they made no effort to help my father or even assist the paramedics. The paramedics were shocked and appalled at the state of the facility and even suspected that none of the staff were medically trained. Their neglect could have lead to his death!
