Feedback and Heartfelt Thanks

Dear Shireen & Orchards Lodge,

As my mother's stay at Orchards draws to its end, I would like to thank the team at Orchards for the truly wonderful care she has received there. Notably, I would like to comment on: Superb nurses, who have tended to her every needs with such kindness A Chef & Assistant Chef who have accommodated all her dietary needs with such care and warmth Shireen, who went way beyond the call of duty and even visited my mum when she was admitted to Linksfield Hospital in an emergency, and who always kept in touch with me despite the distance Dr Ismail, who has cared for my mum since her arrival, with compassion and has been available for me to speak to, sharing her observations so that I was able to make appropriate long-term care decisions (and even sending me photos of my mum!) The Physio team (Sean & Erik), who have literally walked her back from being as good as bedridden to mobile To everyone who has made my mum feel so at home, cared for and given her the strength to fight on despite being very ill. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone at Orchards!
