Brilliant Team

To Whom it may concern. I am writing this on behalf of my mother and myself, whio was admitted on Thursday 14th September. My mother (Mrs Goldman) who is 80 years old, fell and broke her Pelvis 2 weeks ago. She was admitted to Sunninghill Hospital, where she spent almost 2 weeks. We then made a huge mistake, and transferred her to Elphin Lodge to the frail care. A big mistake!! I then got information about your facility, and I just want to commend Shireen for her patience, hard work, kindness, and compassion. She moved heaven and earth to get my mom into your facility. Endless phone calls from me, and a panic stricken daughter. Shireen is so professional as well as accommodating, with a load of compassion. This would not have happened without her! Sue as well was so empathetic throughout my endless calls, and were both so patient wth me. On arrival, all nursing staff were fantastic, and have still proved to be!!
