Appreciation and Gratitude

To whom it may concern I just wanted to pen my gratitude and thanks to Dr Kuraysha, who was one of the Dr’s that looked after my mom whilst she was a patient at your step-down facility, Orchard Lodge. My mom’s name is Vivi Sideropoulos and she was a patient at your facility last June, having had hip surgery. Dr Kuraysha had such a generous spirit and most importantly compassion and empathy for my mom and us the family, who for obvious reasons were under tremendous stress. She had an incredible an impeccable bed side manner, something that lacks tremendously in the medical world these days. This I say due to much experience whilst dealing with Dr’s. She is an asset to your facility and a big one at that. At a time when families are stressed due to their loved ones ill health, it’s so refreshing to find a friendly face with a warm and cheerful disposition. My mom took to her immediately and so did we. Her medical guidance was very accurate and was always a phone call away. We felt very safe having her undertake my mom’s case. We are always very quick to criticise but never quick to praise.
