Unreliable service

I booked a technician to come to my house to repair a freezer. I especially requested Wednesdays that is the day my domestic is at home. I was told that the technician would be there on Wednesday. He called on Wednesday morning to say he would be there between 2 and 4. He never arrived. I then made a special arrangement to leave the office to be at home on the Friday between 10 and 11. At 10.30 I called and was told that he hadn't left yet but could be there in 30 minutes. which would have been 11.10! I was unable to wait as I had to leave for a meeting. Went I called to complain, they were completely unapologetic and rude. I am furious at being messed around by people who obviously have absolutely no consideration for other peoples time and are obviously not in any way service oriented. Absolutely shocking service. I will never use them again and suggest that anyone that does has a lot of time to sit around waiting to be accommodated by them
