Time waster. Not 12 month guaranty as agreed on the phone, Just 3 in the end!

They repaired out washing machine. Very disappointing and unreliable. Time waster and instead of 12 month guaranty, as agreed on the phone, just 3 month in the end! Sure there are better repair shops out there.
