Terrible service and lack of communication

Their customer service is appalling. Total lack of communication and little to no email response.

My fridge was collected in July. It is more than 2 months later and hopefully it will be delivered today but I have been promised this a few times already so who knows! I paid for the repairs in July so I am not a bad paying customer.

I would have been understanding had they kept in contact and told me what the hold up was but NOT A WORD from them. I am a patient person but this is just ridiculous.

I will never use them again and will certainly not recommend their services. In fact I will go as far as telling people not to use them should it come up in conversation.
