TERRIBLE COMPANY, NO COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY LIE ALL THE TIME

<p>Have been trying to get my dishwasher back for the past 3 weeks. we phone them in the morning and they say they will phone you back for an appointment. THIS DOESNT HAPPEN 90% oOF THE TIME. When you phone them back later they say they will phone their mechanic and they will phone back soon again. THIS ALSO NEVER HAPPENS. When you phone them back again they say they could not get hold of ther technician and they will phone back tomorrow, or they say that the technician is already fully booked for today and they will phone youback tomorrow for a new appointment. THIS AGAIN NEVER HAPPENS. they give me th same story every day! its like they have a story in front of them to tell all the customers. WHEN you finally do get an appointment, they are either late but they don't phone you to tel you that so you can just wait at your house for hours. or they don't show up at all and when you phone them to ask where they are, they say that they have tried to contact you but you didnt answer. THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE!!! and than the drama of trying to make a new appointment starts all over again. Terrible company, as soon as I get my dighwasher back I will never use them again and I will make it my live mission to make sure everyone knows how terrible this company is!</p>
