Repeated lack of promised responses to query.

On four occasions in the last 6 months, I have called to request an evaluation and pick-up of my broken fridge, as this company offers collection of faulty goods. On all occasions, the lady who received my call said that the technician would give me a call within the next few days to arrange. I have never received any feedback from them, and each time when I phoned back to query, I received a different excuse, and a promise that, again, the technician would get hold of me (which never happened). After 6 months of this, I am tired of waiting on unfulfilled promises, and have now sold my fridge for s**** metal.
