Pathetic admin processes

<p>We had our oven, stove and hob installed at our property in November 2015. Took us a few phone calls to get someone out. Eventually a technician came and installed as requested. He invoiced me and I paid them on the same day via EFT. <br /> <br />Now 11 months later I receive a call from a debt collecting company stating that I've been handed over by Orca for non payment. Fortunately I could easily produce proof of payment.<br /> <br />What disturbs me the most is that not once in this 11 months that elapsed has anyone at Orca contacted me. They can't use the exuse of not having my details as the debt collecting company could get hold of me.<br /> <br />Imagine having a negative reflection on your credit scores because of idiots like this. </p>
