ORCA ELECTRICAL DOES NOT DELIVER

I just had a horrible experience with Orca Electrical. Logged a repair call out on a stove early January, they came in to assess and order a part which they fitted and the part was completely wrong. They again disappeared off the radar for another 2 weeks and when I called to find out if the new part had arrived they simply told me that the part is no longer manufactured so sorry they cant help me. IN THIS ENTIRE TIME NOBODY BOTHERED TO CALL US AND TELL US WHAT WAS GOING ON. Most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Thank you for NOTHING!
