ORCA ELECTRICAL - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!

<p>Orca Electrical came to fix our dishwasher in May. The dishwasher was functioning but overheating somewhat. Not only did they not fix it, but it then ceased working completely after they had worked on it. It took numerous phonecalls and follow ups to ensure that they came back to fix it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Various call outs and phone conversations, too numerous to set out here, ensued. Whenever I phone, I get told they will phone me back, which they do not do. I am now down R1200 in repair fees, they still have my dishwasher, and it is three months later.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you have a broken appliance, you are better off setting it on fire and throwing it into the deepest ocean than contacting Orca Electrical, unless you are a sucker for punishment amd want to throw your money away.</p>
