A Samsung Appointed Repair centre ...? What !

we unfortunately purchased a samsung multi washing/ drying machine from Game stores- Canal walk just over 24 months back - always been a LG appliance supporter . Just over 24 months later water starting dripping out bottom of machine . Called Samsung who gave us their appointed repair agent - a guy called Donovan called passed with speed , did inspection and advised that the infeed for washing powder/ water was leaking . That was a Thursday , promised ( sic ) to order part and return the following Saturday , as he was on duty . Now 6 weeks later and 20 plus calls to a Hannah , Mr Cronje ( Manager ) we still await the part . Been raining in CT are working professionals we leave home at 6h45 and return normally 20h00 plus so have a increasing pile of dirty clothing and limited time to make dinners , do after hours work and do laundry down the road . Promises are really very cheap as is their service , please can Samsung help us and appoint someone else as these guys are the worst - we have since this bad experience being singing to all contacts in business , sports and universities in WP to never buy a Samsung product as , as the sweetness of price wears off bittiness of quality ..
