7 months of waiting

Having used Orca in the past and experienced decent service, I requested them come and fix 2 more appliances. I was supp**** a quote and I told them to go ahead . Months later and nothing.. I followed up and the parts hadn't even been ordered. I asked them to please order the parts as they had all the records around what was required. I also requested an email add proof of purchase be sent... Nothing. My mother followed up on my behalf.. They said , sure, we will come fix the issue now, only to arrive and check the machine for faults they had initially found . No parts brought thru. Please end my pain and suffering. . Can I move on... ? I need my machines fixed!!!
